Office of Chief Controller of Imports and Exports (CCI&E) works under Imports and Export (Control) Act, 1950. It is responsible for :

• Issuing Import Registration Certificate (IRC) and Export Registration Certificate (ERC)
   

• Export and Import Permit
   

• Monitoring and Evaluation of Import Statistics etc.
